Boiled this soup for Ma as she rarely make this back home.

Carrot & Corn Soup

Bought a packet of 1 kg Hong Kong flour sometime back & haven't had a chance to use it yet.  Since Ma's around, took the opportunity to make this together.

Though Lee Lee raved about this recipe, mine didn't look & taste that good :(  Need more practice !!!  However, I sure had fun doing this with Ma :)

Recipe is from Lee Lee's blog.  I did not bake it for 3.5 hours as per the recipe but modified it to 220ºC for 1 hour 15 minutes & a final 200ºC for 40 minute.
